Each lifting apparatus is custom designed to specific requirements.

For over 15 years, we have been making custom reusable steel forms for concrete parts.  Some of these moulds can produce pre-stressed structural parts.  They are often adjustable to allow the casting of variable dimension elements.  Here are a few examples of the forms we have built over the years.

The particular arrangement of each sawmill requires adaptation and creativity.  For 25 years, we have been assisting sawmills in planning, implementing, and starting up complete lumber production lines.  Our support doesn’t stop when the machinery starts; we also contribute to the continuous improvement of safety and productivity.

Since the mid 2000s, PFMI designs and builds hoisted workdecks for maintenance work in large tanks in the chemical industry.  Our engineers assist our clients with the planning of each new platform installation.  When needed, we also design and build temporary or permanent support structures from which the platforms hang.  We have also created smaller platforms for miscellaneous settings.

Particularly for the sawmill and precast concrete industries, we manufactured a variety of conveyor systems and bins, as well as motorized wagons.
